Bengaluru - Ammann India Private Limited., a construction equipment manufacturer, has expanded its iconic Apollo series with the launch of the advanced AP1000 Hydrostatic Sensor Tracked Paver, now upgraded to meet the latest CEV Stage V emission norms. The new model reinforces Apollo’s longstanding reputation for reliability and innovation in India’s road construction equipment sector.
Apollo continues to dominate the wheeled paver market with over 70% share, and the addition of the AP1000 underscores Ammann’s focus on delivering sustainable and high-performance machinery aligned with the country’s infrastructure growth.
Equipped with a 133 kW CEV V-certified engine, the AP1000 boosts productivity while significantly reducing environmental impact. With a maximum paving width of 9.5 metres and a laydown capacity of up to 700 tonnes per hour, the machine is engineered to support high-volume highway, expressway, and large-scale connectivity projects across India.
Designed for operator efficiency, the paver features a new touchscreen display for intuitive control, enhanced ergonomics, improved visibility, and superior manoeuvrability. Its advanced material flow system and heavy-duty STV5800G screed ensure uniform pre-compaction and optimum mat quality, delivering a smooth and consistent finish.
Mr. Dheeraj Panda, Managing Director, Ammann India Private Limited, said, “The all-new Apollo AP1000 demonstrates our commitment to the evolving needs of India’s road construction sector.
