Gujarat – Ammann India Pvt Ltd., a construction equipment manufacturer, has launched the CPB36 truck-mounted concrete boom pump under the Ammann Elba brand, marking its entry into India’s concrete boom pump segment.
Manufactured at Ammann India’s Gujarat facility, the CPB36 is engineered for Indian job site conditions and demanding concrete mix designs. The machine combines German engineering technology with Swiss precision and is aimed at infrastructure, commercial, industrial and residential construction projects.
The CPB36 offers a vertical reach of 35.8 metres, horizontal reach of 32 metres and a maximum theoretical output of 100 cubic metres per hour. It features a four-arm roll-fold boom, 2000 × 230 pumping kit, S Valve technology, chrome-plated delivery cylinders and insert-moulded pistons for improved durability and pumping efficiency.
The machine is equipped with Ammann’s PowerSense intelligent control system, which optimises chassis engine RPM in real time to improve fuel efficiency and performance. It also includes an IP68-rated radio remote with up to 16 hours of operation, 100-metre wireless range, proportional boom control and diagnostic feedback.
For urban and space-constrained sites, the CPB36 comes with an X-frame outrigger system with optional single-side support. Ammann said the pump delivers 42 percent fewer S Valve strokes than conventional pumps, helping improve output per stroke and extend component life.
Dheeraj Panda, Managing Director, Ammann India, said India’s infrastructure sector is seeing rising demand for faster execution, higher productivity and smarter construction technologies. He added that the CPB36 reflects Ammann India’s commitment to bringing globally proven concrete equipment solutions tailored for Indian site conditions.
The launch comes amid growing construction activity across metro rail, highways, airports, industrial corridors, urban infrastructure and residential projects. The CPB36 is now commercially available through Ammann India’s nationwide network of 23 sales and service offices.
