Mumbai- Ampere, the electric two-wheeler brand from Greaves Electric Mobility Limited (GEML), has launched the all-new Reo 80, a smart and accessible electric scooter designed to electrify everyday rides. Positioned as an entry-level offering, the Reo 80 operates at sub-25 kmph speeds, eliminating the need for a license or registration making it perfect for students, senior citizens, and first-time EV users.

With a true range of 80 km, the Reo 80 is powered by a safe and durable LFP (Lithium Ferrous Phosphate) battery, ensuring extended ride time and peace of mind. The 1.44 kWh battery takes approximately 5.5 hours to fully charge, making overnight charging seamless and convenient.

At the heart of the Reo 80 is a DC Brushless motor delivering 0.25 kW peak power and 35 Nm of torque, enabling smooth acceleration and efficient energy consumption. The scooter is built for comfort with a telescopic front suspension, coil spring rear suspension, and a generous 135 mm ground clearance for handling Indian roads with ease.
