      Monrovia, United States- Ampure Charging Systems Inc., backed by Transom Capital Group, has appointed Mr. Manoj Karwa as its CEO. With over 15 years of EV industry experience in infrastructure, electric drive systems, and battery management, Karwa will lead Ampure’s growth, drive strategic partnerships, and advance its mission of delivering innovative and reliable charging solutions for sustainable transportation.

      Karwa, a dynamic entrepreneur, has successfully led three renewable energy companies through acquisitions. Notably, he was part of the leadership team that facilitated Rhombus Energy Solutions' acquisition by BorgWarner. He has also held key management roles at Elektrobit, EVBox, Leviton Manufacturing, and General Motors.

      Mr. Steven Van Camp, Operating Partner of Transom Capital, said, "Manoj is the ideal leader to leverage Ampure’s technological strengths, customer focus, and solid organizational and financial foundation. His extensive experience across the EV ecosystem—including charging hardware, software, and infrastructure—along with his proven track record of scaling innovative energy companies, will be key as Ampure expands its global presence and supports the transition to sustainable transportation."

      Karwa holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He also serves as a Board Member of the University of Michigan Economic Growth Institute.
