Noale, Italy –Aprilia Racing S.p.A., the renowned Italian motorcycle manufacturer, has introduced the 2026 Tuono 457 Special Edition with a range of updates focused on rider comfort and everyday usability. The new version brings fresh styling, improved ergonomics, and suspension enhancements while retaining the bike’s proven performance package.
The Tuono 457 Special Edition is now available in two new colour options – Mamba Black and Puma Grey. Inspired by the iconic 2006 Tuono 1000R, these colours give the motorcycle a bold and premium appearance, adding a unique character to the naked streetfighter.
To improve rider comfort, Aprilia has equipped the motorcycle with a new smoked windscreen that provides better wind protection during highway rides. The bike also gets a higher handlebar, creating a more upright and relaxed riding position. In addition, an adjustable front brake lever has been added, allowing riders to customize the lever position according to their preference.
Aprilia has also revised the motorcycle’s suspension setup to deliver a smoother ride over rough and uneven roads. The seat now features improved cushioning, making the bike more comfortable for longer journeys and daily commuting. These changes are intended to enhance the overall riding experience and address feedback from existing riders.
Powering the Tuono 457 Special Edition is the same 457cc parallel-twin engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle continues to offer a range of premium features, including a TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, ride-by-wire throttle, three riding modes, dual-channel ABS, switchable traction control, and full-LED lighting. Riders can also choose from optional accessories such as a quickshifter, tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), USB charging socket, and electronic anti-theft system.
