Mumbai – Ascenso Tyres., a brand of Mahansaria Tyres Private Limited (MTPL), an off-highway tires manufacturer, has appointed Mr. Sandeep Gundher as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With a robust background in financial leadership and strategic transformation, Sandeep brings valuable experience from diverse, fast-paced industries.
Sandeep began his professional journey in the tire industry, laying the groundwork for a dynamic career that spans multiple high-growth sectors. Over the years, he has held several key leadership positions, consistently driving global expansion, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving overall business performance. His experience reflects a deep understanding of complex financial environments and a results-oriented approach to organizational growth.
In his most recent role as Finance Director at Morgan Advanced Materials, Sandeep was responsible for leading the financial operations of the company’s ceramics feedthrough business unit. Under his leadership, the unit achieved significant financial and operational milestones, further solidifying his reputation as a transformative finance leader.
Academically, Sandeep brings a strong foundation with an engineering degree, an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai, and a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard Extension School. This blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and a passion for continuous learning makes him well-suited to contribute to Ascenso’s vision for innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth.
