      In the Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) segment, Ashok Leyland observed a 7% increase, reaching 5,294 units in November 2023, as opposed to 4,969 units reported during the corresponding period.

      Chennai-Ashok Leyland Ltd., reported notable dynamics in its commercial vehicle segments for November 2023. The Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle (M&HCV) category saw a decline of 11% to 7,737 units, contrasting with the 8,685 units in November 2022. Specifically, the M&HCV truck segment recorded a 13% decrease to 6,755 units during November 2023, down from 7,727 units in the same month the previous year. In contrast, the buses segment witnessed a 3% surge, reaching 982 units in November 2023, compared to 958 units in November last year.

      Meanwhile, within the Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) category, the company experienced a 7% growth, with 5,294 units in November 2023, as opposed to 4,969 units during the comparable period.
