Ather Launches New 450 Series at ₹1,29,999

Ather Energy launches the 2025 Ather 450 series at ₹1,29,999, featuring advanced features, with bookings now open across India.

Bangalore - Ather Energy Limited., an electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has launched the 2025 Ather 450 series with updates focused on enhancing rider safety, convenience, and performance. The new models, including the Ather 450X and Ather 450 Apex, come equipped with multi-mode traction control, MagicTwist, and improved TrueRange capabilities.

Mr. Ravneet S. Phokela, Chief Business Officer of Ather Energy, said, "The company has consistently worked on upgrading the performance and safety of its 450 series. He highlighted the addition of multi-mode traction control, a feature typically found in higher-end motorcycles, as a significant enhancement. This system, available in three modes-Rain, Road, and Rally-ensures stability and adaptability on various road conditions.

The 2025 Ather 450 series introduces Rain Mode for improved grip on slippery surfaces, Road Mode for daily commutes, and Rally Mode for off-road riding. These features enhance stability across terrains. The lineup also includes multi-compound tires developed with MRF for optimized range and performance. MagicTwist, now available on the 450X, allows riders to control deceleration through the throttle, enhancing energy efficiency and range at all charge levels.

The 2025 Ather 450 series boasts improved TrueRange, with the 450X (3.7 kWh battery) offering up to 130 km, and the 450 Apex providing 130 km. The 450X (2.9 kWh battery) offers 105 km, while the 450S gives 105 km of TrueRange. The new lineup is powered by AtherStack 6, featuring Google Maps, Alexa, WhatsApp notifications, live location sharing, and the "Ping My Scooter" feature to locate the vehicle.

The 2025 Ather 450 series offers models starting at ₹1,29,999, including the 450S, 450X (2.9 kWh), and 450X (3.7 kWh), with the 450 Apex priced at ₹1,99,999. The range comes with an eight-year/80,000 km warranty, faster charging, and a smart Halo helmet for the 450 Apex. Bookings and test rides are now open across India.
