Manresa, Barcelona AUSA., a terrain machinery manufacturer, introduces three innovative products, advancing its electrification and equipment lineup: the company’s first electric rough-terrain forklift, the C151E, its combustion-engine counterpart, the C151H, and the next-generation 6-metric-ton reversible dumper, the DR602AHG.

With the introduction of the C151E, Ausa now offers electric versions across all its product categories. This includes the D101AEA, D101AEA Compact, and D151AEG dumpers, as well as the T164E telehandler, signaling a broad commitment to electric machinery for varied job site needs.

The C151E is a 1.5-metric-ton forklift capable of handling up to 3,000 pounds with a maximum lift height of 13.1 feet. Powered by a 19.6 kW electric motor, the forklift delivers smooth, electronically managed performance that rivals combustion models while operating quietly and emission-free—ideal for noise- and emission-sensitive environments.

The C151E is powered by an 18.6 kWh lithium-ion battery, providing enough charge for one intense shift, with a second battery recommended for cold conditions below 32°F. Its ergonomic open cab includes safety features like operator presence and seatbelt sensors, LED beacon, rearview mirrors, and a white noise reverse alert. Hill-start assist also helps prevent rollback on slopes for better control.

Alongside the electric model, the C151H offers a traditional powertrain with a 24.8-horsepower Kubota D1105 diesel engine. Available in both two-wheel and four-wheel drive variants, the C151H is designed for versatility and traction. The front-wheel drive version boasts a tight turning radius of 106 inches, while the 4WD version has a radius of 133 inches and can tackle slopes up to 33% with on-demand FullGrip traction.

The C151H rough-terrain forklift has a load capacity of 3,000 pounds and an empty weight of 6,060 pounds. It features a hydrostatic transmission and a maximum lift height of 13.1 feet. Powered by a 24.8-horsepower Kubota D1105 engine, the forklift can reach a top speed of 9.3 mph.

Ausa’s new DR602AHG reversible dumper builds on the popular DR601AHG model with several enhancements. The updated operator station offers increased space and comfort, featuring an integrated suspension seat with seatbelt and operator presence sensors. A key innovation is the ability to rotate the seat, steering wheel, and controls 180 degrees, allowing the operator to always face forward while maneuvering. The dumper has a robust load capacity of 13,200 pounds and comes with a swivel skip, improving operational flexibility and ease of use on rough terrain.

With these new products, Ausa continues to advance its range of versatile, efficient, and operator-friendly construction equipment, combining electric innovation with proven diesel power and enhanced safety and comfort features.
