Gurugram, India - Apollo Tyres Ltd., a multinational tire-manufacturing company based in India, has launched ‘AVOLVE,’ a servitization model aiming to provide customized solutions, particularly to commercial fleet operators. ‘Digital Edge,’ a digitized tire management application offered by AVOLVE, provides customers with a wide range of options to filter and obtain relevant data, helping them make informed decisions. Customers can also avail of ‘Expert Advisory’ services that will connect them to professionals in the tire industry who can provide strategic insights if required.

Mr. Satish Sharma, President of Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APMEA) at Apollo Tyres, said, “The success of the pilot initiative on service business model has given us the confidence to enroll more fleets, and similarly, we have been receiving requests from the fleets to get them on board. The initial data, from the 1500-1600 odd trucks (around 11,000 tyres) that we have onboarded, suggests that we have been able to improve the operational efficiencies of the fleet operators by 10 - 15%.”
