AXISCADES appoints a new Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer

Bengaluru – AXISCADES Technologies Ltd., a provider of end-to-end technology and engineering solutions, has announced the appointment of Ravikumar Joghee as Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer.

Ravikumar brings over 30 years of diverse industry experience spanning Aerospace & Defence, Mobility, BFSI, and IT. In his previous tenure at AXISCADES in 2010 as Vice President, he played a key role in leading strategic programs for major clients such as Airbus and Bombardier and was instrumental in establishing design centers across India and Europe.

He has also held senior leadership roles at Wipro, Sandvik, and Numentica Technologies, where he led initiatives in brand transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation across global markets. In his new role at AXISCADES, Ravikumar will oversee the company’s strategic initiatives and talent acquisition function. Additionally, he will serve as President – USA, leading the company’s growth efforts in North America.

Ravi’s appointment comes amid a broader leadership restructuring at AXISCADES, aimed at strengthening the company’s regional strategies, with new executive roles introduced for the Americas, Europe, and APAC.
