AXISCADES appoints a new Independent Directors

AXISCADES Technologies has appointed Lt Gen Codanda Poovaiah Cariappa (Retd) and Mr. Rajendra Moholkar as Independent Directors to boost growth in defense and aerospace sectors.

Bengaluru- AXISCADES Technologies Ltd., has appointed Lt Gen Codanda Poovaiah Cariappa (Retd) and Mr. Rajendra Moholkar as Independent Directors to its Board. With over 40 years of experience from the Indian Army and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), they will play a crucial role in advancing the company's strategic plans and enhancing corporate governance, helping AXISCADES tackle industry challenges and drive growth in key sectors.

Lt Gen Cariappa brings nearly 40 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army to AXISCADES, focusing on the defence and homeland security vertical. He has held key roles, including Military Secretary to the President of India and commander of the elite Strike Corps, which he transformed during the Ladakh crisis. His accolades include the Param Vishisht Seva Medal and the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award.

Mr. Rajendra Moholkar joins the AXISCADES Board as a corporate governance expert, previously serving as Company Secretary at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He has held leadership roles at TCS e-Serve, Citigroup Global Services, and ICICI Securities, among others. His extensive experience in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions will support AXISCADES' growth in aerospace, defense, and heavy engineering.
