Axiscades appoints new Leaders to Drive Tech Growth

Bengaluru- Axiscades Technologies Limited., a technology and engineering solutions provider, has appointed Mr. KP Mohanakrishnan as Deputy CEO & President – Aerospace, and Mr. D Murali Krishnan as COO & President – ESAI, following a Board resolution on April 9, 2025.

The appointments of Mr. Mohanakrishnan and Mr. Murali Krishnan mark a strategic move in Axiscades’ transformation journey. As the company realigns with the evolving aerospace, defence-tech, and semiconductor landscape, these leaders will drive momentum following the successful integration of Axiscades Aerospace and Mistral Solutions. Their leadership will be key in advancing the company’s vision of becoming a product-driven, innovation-led technology leader.

Mr. Mohanakrishnan, steps into the role of Deputy CEO following a distinguished career of over three decades spanning across Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, and General Engineering. In his previous leadership roles at marquee organizations such as Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt. Ltd. and Tata Advanced Materials Ltd., he has been instrumental in driving strategic manufacturing relationships and establishing long-term strategic value. His work has involved developing deep engagement across international OEMs, Tier suppliers, and Indian defence /public sector agencies such as MoD, HAL, ISRO, and DRDO.

Mr. D Murali Krishnan joins Axiscades as COO along with his existing position as CEO of Mistral Solutions, a subsidiary Of Axiscades specializing in Chip-to-product, Defence, Electronics, Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligent applications. Previously, he led a $200 million Digital Engineering business at Cyient Limited, managing over 4,000 associates and delivering end-to-end Product Development Life Cycle services. He has also served as CEO of Engineering Services at Pennar Industries.
