Pune - Bajaj Auto Ltd., a bikes manufacturer, has launched the updated Pulsar RS200, featuring several enhancements. The update includes a redesigned tail-lamp, the addition of the NS400Z colour LCD dash, multiple riding modes, and a slipper clutch for improved performance.
The Pulsar RS200 keeps familiar design with a subtle update: a new tail-lamp featuring two separate pods on either side. Each pod combines the indicator and tail-lamp into one unit, drawing inspiration from premium BMW and Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Apart from this update, the overall design remains unchanged, and the RS200 continues to be available in three colours: black, white, and red.
The Pulsar RS200 now comes equipped with the same colour LCD dash and switchgear seen on the Pulsar NS400Z, providing Bluetooth connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation, as well as call and notification alerts. In addition, Bajaj has introduced three distinct riding modes: Off-Road, Road, and Rain, enhancing the bike's versatility for various conditions.
Styled for the racetrack, the RS200 features a full fairing and aggressive stance, enhancing aerodynamics and confidence. RS200 perimeter frame ensures a balanced ride, whether on the track or urban streets. Designed for the youth, the RS200 blends bold graphics with sporty floating panels, exuding vibrant energy and dynamic style.
The Pulsar RS200 remains largely unchanged in terms of performance. It continues to be powered by the reliable 199cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, producing 24.5hp at 9,750rpm and 18.7Nm at 8,000rpm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox that includes a slipper clutch, ensuring smooth gear transitions and improved riding performance.
