Houston, Texas - Bell Trucks America, Inc., has partnered with RTG Investment and Agua Construction to support the companies’ first real estate development in the United States. The project, spanning 1,000 acres and including approximately 315 homes, requires large-scale earthmoving across hilly terrain. To meet this challenge, RTG has acquired four Bell B45E articulated dump trucks (ADTs).
Construction Manager Artavazd Stepanyan emphasized the importance of working with a trusted dealer to ensure the project’s success. “Selecting the right equipment and having dependable support were critical for this project. Working with Powerscreen of California, Nevada & Hawaii gave us both the machines and the expertise we needed.”
The partnership provides RTG with Bell’s high-capacity ADTs, known for their fuel efficiency, high payload, and smart onboard monitoring systems. The B45E’s Fleetm@tic payload management system allows Stepanyan and his team to track daily material movement accurately, ensuring productivity and efficiency during the earthworks phase.
Mr. Tom O’Malley of Powerscreen, said, “We worked closely with RTG to identify the equipment best suited for their project. Our team is committed to providing ongoing support to ensure the trucks operate at peak performance throughout the development.”
The combination of Bell’s reliable ADTs and dedicated dealer support positions RTG Investment and Agua Construction to execute their U.S. project efficiently and on schedule, marking a successful partnership between the global developer and Bell Trucks America.
