      Pune- Bharat Forge Limited (BFL)., has successfully concluded the acquisition of AAM India Manufacturing Private Limited (AAM India) at an equity value of ₹7,464.6 million, approx ($89.6 million USD). which includes ₹1,894.8 million approximately ($22.23 million USD)cash on the books of the acquired entity. This cash will be available to support future growth opportunities.

      This follows the earlier announcement on October 17, 2024, and the subsequent approval received from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) on April 22, 2025. The final equity value remains subject to Net Working Capital adjustments as of June 30, 2025.

      With this acquisition, BFL is bringing into its fold a strong player in the automotive products space, known for supplying to all major OEMs across both traditional and new mobility technologies. The acquisition is a strategic step towards enhancing BFL’s capabilities by complementing its existing component portfolio with integrated product solutions for OEMs in India and global markets.
