Noida - The Bharat Construction Equipment Expo (Bharat CE Expo) 2025, organized by the Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers' Association (ICEMA) and CII, will take place from January 19-22, 2025, at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. This inaugural event aims to showcase the latest innovations, technologies, and contributions from India’s expanding construction equipment industry, providing a platform for manufacturers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to connect and explore advancements in the sector.
Tata Hitachi of Bangalore, a construction machinery manufacturer, showcased a range of advanced machinery and technological solutions of the construction industry.
Tata Hitachi ZAXIS 38U is a 3.5-ton mini excavator designed for compact and urban job sites. It is powered by a Yanmar 3TNV88 engine (29.9 PS) and features a high-efficiency hydraulic system with variable displacement axial piston pumps. It offers a digging depth of 3,060 mm, a bucket digging force of 2,770 kgf, and a swing speed of 9.1 rpm. With a travel speed of up to 4.3 km/h and a gradeability of 30°, it ensures smooth operation. Its fuel tank capacity is 42 liters, while the hydraulic system holds 56 liters, making it a reliable choice for construction, landscaping, and utility projects.
Tata Hitachi NX80 is a 7.5-ton mini excavator powered by a 49 PS Yanmar 4TN98S, 4-cylinder diesel engine. It features a 4660 mm digging depth, 5600 kgf bucket force, and a hydraulic system with dual variable displacement pumps. With a tail swing radius of 2060 mm and travel speeds up to 5 km/h, it ensures efficient maneuverability. The machine includes a spacious ROPS & FOPS cabin, auto idle, and multiple work modes for fuel efficiency. It has a 135L fuel tank, 92L hydraulic system capacity, and supports attachments like a rock breaker. Ideal for diverse construction applications, it balances power, efficiency, and operator comfort.
Tata Hitachi EX 215LC Prime is a powerful hydraulic excavator equipped with a 140 HP Cummins 6BT5.9C engine, delivering 566 Nm torque at 1,600 rpm. Weighing between 20,800 to 21,900 kg, it supports bucket capacities from 1.05 to 1.70 m³. It features a maximum digging depth of 5,910 mm, a dumping height of 6,230 mm, and a hydraulic system with two axial piston pumps providing 221 L/min flow. With a 300-liter fuel tank, 220-liter hydraulic system, and a travel speed of 4.2 km/h, it ensures high efficiency for mining, construction, and infrastructure projects.
Tata Hitachi SHINRAI Prime CEV V is an 8-ton backhoe loader powered by a 74.3 HP engine, compliant with CEV Stage IV and V norms. It features a 4.7m digging depth, 1.1m³ loader bucket, and a max speed of 32 km/h. With a 5685 kgf bucket digging force and 5488 kgf arm breakout force, it ensures high performance. The spacious cabin offers ergonomic controls, a digital display, and optional AC. It supports multiple attachments like rock breakers and trench buckets, with Tata Hitachi's InSite telematics for real-time monitoring, making it a reliable choice for diverse construction needs.
Tata Hitachi TL340H Prime is a high-performance wheel loader powered by a 121 HP Cummins B4.5 engine, delivering 500 Nm torque at 1,500 RPM. Weighing around 10,980–11,060 kg, it supports bucket capacities from 1.5 to 2.7 m³ with a rated payload of 3,375 kg. It features a hydrostatic travel drive, a 4-wheel drive system, and travel speeds up to 30 km/h. The hydraulic system includes automatic bucket return-to-dig control, and the braking system consists of self-adjusting wet disc brakes. Designed for fuel efficiency and durability, it is ideal for heavy-duty applications.

J C Bamford Excavators Ltd of Haryana, a construction equipment manufacturer, showcased a new range of CEV Stage 5 ready machines.
CEV Stage 5 ready machine - 3CX ECO Backhoe Loader features a 4-cylinder DIESELMAX engine, delivering a maximum engine power of 81 kW (109 hp) and a gross power of 74 hp (55 kW). With an operating weight of 8.1 tons (6,275 kg), it has a maximum digging depth of 4.24 meters (14-2 feet) and a bucket capacity of 1.0-1.2 cubic meters. The loader breakout force is 8,285 lbs (3,758 kg), and the hydraulic system has a fluid capacity of 27 gallons (100 liters). The transmission features 4 forward and 4 reverse gears.
CEV Stage 5 ready machine - 530-110 Telehandler powered by a 74 HP engine, it offers a maximum lift capacity of 3,000 kg and a maximum lift height of 10.5 meters. With a turning radius of 3.9 meters, it provides excellent maneuverability. The machine features a four-stage boom with a boom extension of 1.5 meters, allowing for efficient loading and unloading operations.
CEV Stage 5 ready machine - JCB 3DX Super Backhoe Loader is powered by a JCB Dieselmax engine delivering 81 kW (108 hp) net power. With an operating weight of approximately 7,200 kg, it offers a maximum digging depth of 4.4 meters and a bucket capacity of 1.0-1.2 m³. The hydraulic flow of 105 l/min enables smooth and precise control, making it effective for tasks like digging, loading, and material handling.

CASE Construction Equipment of New Delhi, a brand of CNH Industrial and a construction equipment manufacturer, introduced seven new products, including two all-new vibratory compactors, the 952 NX and 450 NX, along with five new models - the 770NX, 770NX Magnum, 851NX CP, 1107 NX D and SR150B, all compliant with BS CEV V emission norm.
CASE 952 NX Vibratory Compactor, powered by a 74 HP F28 engine with 375 Nm torque, is CEV Stage V compliant and designed for efficient soil compaction. Weighing 9,200 kg, it features a 1,220 mm drum width, two-stage vibration with up to 7,700 kN centrifugal force, and a 170L fuel tank. Its suspended frame, balanced mass distribution, and advanced operator console enhance performance and comfort.
CASE 450 NX Vibratory Compactor is powered by a 45 HP Mahindra MDI-2500 engine, delivering 159 Nm torque at 1,400 rpm. Weighing 3,225 kg, it features a 1,250 mm wide drum with a 0.6 mm amplitude and a centrifugal force of up to 4,360 kgf. It offers a travel speed of 0–12 km/h, 25% gradeability, and a turning radius of 3.0 m. With a hydrostatic steering system, 45L fuel and hydraulic tanks, and a 110L water tank, it ensures efficient soil and asphalt compaction across diverse terrains.
CASE 770 NXe Backhoe Loader is powered by a 49.5 HP FPT S8000 engine, delivering 252.2 Nm torque at 1,200 rpm. It features a 1.1 m³ loader bucket with a 2,720 mm dump height and a 4,760 mm maximum dig depth. With a breakout force of 5,275 kgf, a hinge pin height of 3,580 mm, and a reach of 5,870 mm, it ensures efficient loading and excavation. BS-III compliant, it is designed for high performance and durability in construction applications.
CASE 770 NX Magnum backhoe loader is powered by a 3.9L FPT S8000 engine, delivering 86 HP at 2200 RPM and 402 Nm torque at 1300 RPM. It features a 1.0–1.1 m³ bucket capacity, a 4.4m maximum digging depth, a 3.6m load-over height, and a 5.6m ground-level reach to swing center. The machine is equipped with a 129L fuel tank and a 44L hydraulic oil capacity for efficient operation.
CASE 851 NX Backhoe Loader is powered by a 74 HP turbocharged engine with 375 Nm torque and a 2,800 cc displacement. It features a 1.1 m³ loader bucket with a 2,720 mm dump height and a 0.36 m³ backhoe bucket with a 4,700 mm digging depth. With a 5,870 mm reach, 96L hydraulic capacity, and 1,477 kg lift capacity, it ensures efficient performance. Weighing 7,800 kg, it is designed for durability and heavy-duty construction applications.
CASE 1107 NX Vibratory Compactor is an 11,100 kg machine powered by a 101 HP CEV Stage V engine. It features a 1,500 mm drum width, 263 kN centrifugal force, and a 275L fuel tank. Designed for efficient soil compaction, it includes hydrostatic articulated steering for enhanced maneuverability, making it ideal for various construction applications.
CASE SR150B Skid Steer Loader is powered by a 60 HP Shibaura ISM N844T / M3 diesel engine, delivering a 680 kg rated operating capacity and a 1,360 kg tipping load. Weighing 2,430 kg, it features a 1,518 mm width, 3,028 mm length with bucket, and a radial lift design with a 1,850 kg breakout force. With a 59 LPM hydraulic flow, 207 bar pressure, and an extended wheelbase for stability, it ensures efficient performance in compact job sites with easy maintenance and operator comfort.
Advanced F28 Engine, developed by Fiat Powertrain (FPT) and manufactured at CASE India's Noida plant, adheres to the latest BS CEV V emission standards. This 4-stroke, turbocharged, and intercooled diesel engine boasts a 2.8-liter displacement and 4 cylinders. With improved fuel efficiency and higher productivity, it supports CASE's sustainability and environmental goals. As part of CASE's "Made in India" initiative, this engine is tailored for the Indian market, offering a reliable and efficient solution for various applications.

Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT) of Mumbai, an Off-Highway tyre manufacturer, showcased a range of off-highway tire solutions tailored for the construction and industrial sectors.
BKT XL GRIP ULTRA is a bias-ply tire designed for on/off-road trucks in mining, quarries, and construction. Its non-directional tread ensures excellent traction, while a robust nylon casing and specialized tread compound provide durability and cut resistance. Available in sizes from 10.00-20 to 12.00-24, it features ply ratings of 18-20, tread depths of 22-24 mm, and optimized tie bars for self-cleaning. Ideal for heavy-duty applications, it delivers enhanced performance on rough terrains.
BKT AT 621 is a durable tire designed for compact and backhoe loaders, offering strong traction with large directional lugs. Its reinforced steel belt structure and high ply rating ensure durability and load-carrying capacity. Available in tubeless (TL) versions, it comes in multiple sizes, such as 12.5/80-18 (16 PR), 12.5/70-16 (8 PR), and 15.5/60-18 (10 PR), with varying load indices and dimensions. BKT LOADER PLUS is a heavy-duty bias-ply tire designed for loaders in demanding environments. With a 23.5-25 size, 20-ply rating, and a tread depth of 32.5 mm, it offers excellent cut resistance and durability. It supports a load capacity of 10,900 kg at 10 km/h, featuring a 600 mm width, 1,640 mm diameter, and optimized tread for stability and performance in tough terrains.
BKT BK 6060 is a durable bias-ply tire for backhoe loaders and trailers, designed for both field and road use. Its block pattern enhances durability, while the 9.00-16 size features a 925 mm diameter, 255 mm width, 16-ply rating, and tube-type (TT) construction. Manitou Group of New Delhi, a construction equipment manufacturer, showcased the MBL 745S and MBL 745HT S backhoe loaders, featuring enhanced durability, reliability, and operator comfort.
Manitou MBL 745S Backhoe Loader, powered by a 74.5 HP BS-IV engine with 300 Nm torque, is designed for versatile construction tasks. It features a 1.0 m³ loader bucket with a 2,780 mm dump height and a 0.27 m³ backhoe bucket with a 4,741 mm digging depth. With a 7,620 kg operating weight, 225 bar hydraulic pressure, and 119 L/min pump flow, it ensures powerful performance. Its power steering, wet disc brakes, and 120L fuel capacity enhance efficiency.
Manitou MBL 745HT S backhoe loader is powered by a 74.5 HP KOEL turbocharged engine, delivering 400 Nm torque with a 4.76L displacement. Volvo Construction Equipment of Bangalore, a construction equipment manufacturer, showcased the cutting-edge zero-emission construction and mining equipment.
Volvo DD40 Electric is a 3.8-ton mini asphalt compactor with a 42 kW electric motor, offering zero emissions and low noise for urban projects. It features a 260L pressurized water system and supports on-board charging in under 7 hours, with fast DC charging in under an hour. Designed for a full-shift operation, it includes an electro-proportional joystick and an 8-inch touchscreen for enhanced control and efficiency.
Volvo L120 Electric Wheel Loader is a 20-ton, zero-emission machine with a 6-ton lifting capacity and 4.3–7.2 cubic yard bucket options. Powered by a 282 kWh LFP battery, it runs for 5–9 hours per charge, with a 165 kW DC fast charger enabling 20–80% recharge in 2 hours. Featuring a 38,667 lbf breakout force and separate electric motors for propulsion and hydraulics, it ensures high efficiency, reduced noise, and sustainability for modern work sites.
Volvo EC500 is a 50-ton crawler excavator powered by a 311 kW Volvo D13J diesel engine, with a bucket capacity of 1.15–3.31 m³, a 13.09 m reach, and an 8.86 m digging depth. It features Volvo Smart View with Obstacle Detection, a redesigned cab with a Co-Pilot screen, keyless entry, and wireless charging, ensuring enhanced efficiency and operator comfort.
Volvo EC55 Electric excavator has a weight of 5.8 tons and offers a maximum digging depth of 4 meters. It features a 67-kWh battery capacity, 42 kW electric motor, and 400 V battery voltage. The excavator has a travel speed of 2.6-4.3 km/h, breakout force of 40 kN, and tear-out force of 29 kN. Its sound pressure level is 75 dB at the operator's position and 92 dB around the machine.
Volvo EC80 Electric is an 8.3-ton electric excavator designed for sustainable construction. It offers 6-8 hours of battery autonomy, a 4.1m digging depth, and a 6.42m reach. With a 0.31-0.37 m³ bucket capacity and 55 kN tear-out force, it ensures efficient performance. Measuring 6.165m in length and 2.3m in width, it combines power and eco-friendly operation for modern job sites.
Volvo PT220 is a pneumatic tire asphalt compactor has a weight of 10.02 tons and a maximum total weight of 24 tons. It features a Volvo D5DA3 engine with 99 kW power and Tier 3/Bharat Stage III emission level. The paver has a travel speed of 15 km/h, roller width of 1.74 meters, and is equipped with 11.0 - 20, 18PR wheels.

Hyundai HX30AZ Excavator features a 23.4 kW (31.5 HP) Cummins B3.3 engine and has an operating weight of 3,060 kg. It offers a bucket capacity of 0.1-0.2 cubic meters, maximum digging depth of 3,435 mm, and maximum dump height of 3,145 mm. The excavator has a travel speed of 4.5 km/h and swing speed of 9.5 rpm.
Hyundai HX360L Excavator is powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 engine, delivering 202 kW (271 HP) of power. With an operating weight of 36,000 kg, it offers a bucket capacity of 1.3-2.5 cubic meters.
