      BikeWo Signs MoU for Majority Stake in Enlite EV Care

      Hyderabad, India -BikeWo Green Tech Limited., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to acquire a majority stake in Enlite EV Care, an electric vehicle service and maintenance company. The proposed acquisition is aimed at strengthening BikeWo's electric mobility ecosystem by adding vehicle servicing, maintenance, and lifecycle support capabilities.

      Mr. Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer, BikeWo Green Tech Limited, said, "The proposed acquisition of Enlite EV Care represents a strategic step towards strengthening our capabilities across the EV value chain. By integrating vehicle maintenance and lifecycle support into our mobility platform, we aim to improve fleet uptime, enhance service quality, and deliver greater operational efficiency for commercial fleet operators."

      Through the proposed acquisition, BikeWo plans to establish a network of EV Care Centres focused on serving commercial electric vehicle fleets and B2B customers. The facilities are expected to provide services including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, battery support, periodic servicing, and fleet uptime management.

      The companies also plan to integrate digital solutions such as vehicle health monitoring, predictive maintenance, service scheduling, digital maintenance records, and fleet performance tracking to create a technology-enabled service ecosystem.

      The acquisition aligns with BikeWo's long-term strategy of expanding its presence across electric mobility, fleet operations, logistics infrastructure, technology, and renewable energy. The transaction remains subject to due diligence, valuation, regulatory approvals, and final agreements.
