Seregno, Italy – Balkrishna Industries Limited (BKT)., the European arm of Indian tire manufacturer BKT, has appointed Paolo Mantovani as Head of OEM Industrial & OTR Europe, reinforcing its strategy to expand in the global Original Equipment (OE) market.
Mantovani brings over 15 years of experience across passenger, truck, retread, and off-road tire segments in Europe. His expertise in OEM requirements will be instrumental in driving BKT’s growth and strengthening relationships with key partners.
In his role, Mantovani will lead the OE channel strategy, focusing on consolidating and expanding BKT’s presence worldwide.

In line with this expansion, Silvia Busnelli has been named Head of OEM Agriculture Europe, leveraging her expertise in developing the OE channel and strong OEM relationships. Additionally, Melodie Dubreuil joins as OEM Technical Manager EMEA, bringing six years of tire industry experience, including time at CNH Europe, to enhance technical collaboration with OEM partners.
With these strategic appointments, BKT Europe aims to strengthen its global OE presence across industrial, off-road, and agricultural segments, combining innovation, performance, and partnership.
