Gedersdorf, Austria- Brixton Motorcycles, is a brand of the Austrian company KSR Group GmbH, and their motorcycles are designed in Austria and manufactured in China The brand entered the Indian market last year and is now getting ready to launch its fifth bike. After bringing in the Crossfire 500X, Crossfire 500XC, Cromwell 1200, and Cromwell 1200X, Brixton is now planning to launch the Crossfire 500 Storr  a mid-size adventure touring bike that is already available in other countries.

Recently spotted testing on Indian roads, the uncamouflaged Crossfire 500 Storr test mule closely resembles the production version unveiled at EICMA 2024 in Milan. Its presence in India strongly indicates an imminent launch, likely timed around the festive season in late 2025.

Visually, the Storr carries an adventure-focused design with rugged aesthetics reminiscent of the Royal Enfield Himalayan but with its own distinctive styling. It features a prominent fuel tank cage, a large tank, exposed trellis frame, cross-spoke rims, long tail section, and luggage mounts, offering strong utilitarian appeal. The tall windscreen, long single-piece seat, and upswept exhaust further add to its ADV credentials.

The bike rides on long-travel suspension, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, shod with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres. Braking duties are managed by disc brakes at both ends, equipped with dual-channel ABS and possibly switchable traction control. Its long wheelbase and high ground clearance suggest strong off-road capability.

Powering the Crossfire 500 Storr is a 486cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, delivering 47 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 43 Nm of torque at 6,700 rpm, mated to a six-speed gearbox. It features a seat height of 839 mm, 16-litre fuel tank, and weighs around 209 kg making it suitable for both touring and light adventure use.

Upon launch, the Crossfire 500 Storr will compete with the Honda NX500 and CFMoto 450MT in the Indian ADV segment. While official pricing is yet to be revealed, competitive pricing will be key to its success in the price-sensitive Indian market.
