Winnipeg, Canada – Buhler Versatile Inc., a tractor and implement manufacturer, is entering a new era of innovation and global expansion under ASKO Holding, a family-owned industrial group from Turkey. With a legacy dating back to 1966, the company is investing more in modernizing its Winnipeg manufacturing facility and strengthening its global presence.
Versatile, known for launching the world’s first mass-produced articulated 4WD tractors, continues to focus on building durable, reliable, and easy-to-maintain equipment. Now privately owned by ASKO Holding following its acquisition of Buhler Industries Inc. in late 2023, Versatile has undergone operational restructuring to streamline processes and enhance dealer and customer engagement.
Mr. Zafer Ozbalaban, President of Versatile, said, “At Versatile, our focus has always been to build equipment farmers can rely on, year after year. From research and development to engineering and production, every decision we make starts with the farmer in mind. That commitment is stronger than ever as we continue to build machines designed to stand the test of time.”
The company’s current product lineup features a wide range of agricultural equipment, including articulated 4WD tractors with power ratings from 405 to 620 horsepower, tracked tractors ranging from 530 to 620 horsepower, and front-wheel assist tractors between 175 and 365 horsepower. Additionally, Versatile offers a complete line of tillage equipment to meet various farming needs.
Versatile meets global emissions standards and is now accelerating its reach in Europe and emerging markets. The company will showcase its latest innovations at Agritechnica 2025 in Germany, reinforcing its commitment to becoming a leading global supplier of agricultural machinery.
