      Kemayoran, Indonesia - BusTruck Southeast Asia 2025, the premier international trade show for the commercial vehicle industry in Southeast Asia, will take place from May 21 to 23, 2025, at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo), Kemayoran, Indonesia. Organized by PT. Global Expo Management (GEM Indonesia), the event is set to attract thousands of professionals from across the transportation, logistics, and automotive sectors.

      The exhibition will showcase a wide range of trucks, buses, trailers, special vehicles, parts, components, and heavy-duty equipment, alongside IT solutions, fleet management systems, and green vehicle technologies. With more than 2,000 exhibitors and over 45,000 expected trade visitors from 15+ countries, BusTruck Southeast Asia 2025 will serve as a key platform for product launches, business networking, and knowledge sharing.

      The exhibition will feature a broad spectrum of exhibitors, categorized as follows:

      • Trailers: Including lowboy, fuel, water, chemical liquids, heated asphalt, container/flatbed, bulk cement, cargo semi-trailers, and more.
      • Trucks: Encompassing heavy, medium, and light-duty trucks, pickups, tractors, dump trucks, mining trucks, cranes, tank trucks, container carriers, refrigerated trucks, and fire-fighting trucks.
      • Special Vehicles: Featuring armored personnel carriers, tanks, military, civil defense, police vehicles, and ambulances.
      • Heavy-Duty Vehicles & Equipment: Showcasing construction vehicles, machinery, mining vehicles, hydraulic cranes, forklifts, warehouse equipment, agricultural and forestry vehicles.
      • Parts, Components & Accessories: Displaying a wide array of spare parts and accessories, including ABS systems, air-conditioning units, axles, batteries, brakes, clutches, engines, exhaust systems, filters, radiators, suspensions, tires, transmissions, and more.
      • Management and IT Systems: Presenting solutions in insurance, leasing, banking, consulting, certification, financial services, IT systems, and customer relationship management (CRM).
      • Buses: Featuring large and medium coaches, city buses, rural buses, RVs, caravans, airport transit coaches, and chassis.

      Supported by the Indonesian Ministry of Industry and leading trade associations, the event continues to be a strategic meeting point for business leaders, government agencies, and innovators shaping the future of transport across Southeast Asia.

      Highlights of the Event

      • Sustainability Pavilion: Featured clean mobility innovations including hydrogen fuel cell demonstrations, bio-LNG retrofit solutions, and EV charging infrastructure from Shell and ABB.
      • Live Demonstrations: Workshops on vehicle diagnostics, emission testing, and brake assist calibration attracted fleet operators and technicians.
      • Startup Innovation Zone: Fifteen startups presented AI-powered route planning, EV retrofitting kits, and blockchain-based fleet leasing platforms.

      With over 3,000 business meetings, the expo facilitated multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between Indonesian distributors and regional OEMs. Professionals from logistics, public transport, supply chain, and last-mile mobility sectors explored opportunities in dealership, technology transfers, and joint ventures.

      BusTruck Southeast Asia 2025 offered a comprehensive glimpse into the future of commercial vehicles while strengthening Indonesia’s position as a leader in green logistics and transport innovation within the region.
