New Delhi - BYD Company Limited., an electric vehicles manufacturer, will showcase a range of new energy vehicles at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, with the highlight being the launch of the Sealion7, a performance electric SUV, expected to arrive in India by mid-2025. Other BYD models will also be displayed, emphasizing the company’s commitment to sustainable mobility.
The Sealion7 boasts an ocean-inspired design paired with cutting-edge technologies like Intelligent Torque Active Control (iTAC) and Cell to Body (CTB), delivering a perfect balance of performance and efficiency. In addition to the Sealion7, BYD will showcase current vehicle lineup in India, including the award-winning BYD Seal, recognized for its innovation, the dynamic Atto 3 SUV, and the spacious eMAX 7 MPV, offering a comprehensive view of the brand’s commitment to sustainability and advanced electric mobility.
Mr. Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicles Business at BYD India, highlighted that the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 will serve as a key platform for demonstrating BYD’s advancements in electric vehicle technology. He also mentioned plans to expand BYD’s dealership network from 27 to 40 locations by the end of January 2025, reflecting BYD’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in India.
At the expo, visitors can explore BYD’s current vehicles and global products not yet available in India. The BYD Seal has won multiple accolades, including the Times Network Award for EV Sedan of the Year and the Autocar Premium EV of the Year. BYD India is committed to sustainable development and strengthening its position as a key player in the EV market through continuous innovation and participation in major automotive events.
