Case CE has upgraded its B Series CTLs and SSLs with new tech to boost safety, productivity, and maintenance.
Date: May 10, 2025Turin, Italy – Case Construction Equipment (Case CE)., a construction equipment manufacturer, has updated to its B Series compact track loaders (CTLs) and skid steer loaders (SSLs), enhancing safety, productivity, and ease of maintenance through advanced technology integration.
The B Series lineup includes five CTLs and eight SSLs, offered in both radial- and vertical-lift configurations. The machines feature a modern operator interface with new left- and right-hand post controls, an intuitive 8-inch split-screen display, and a choice of control styles - standard mechanical, mechanical hand-and-foot, or electro-hydraulic, for tailored operator comfort and functionality. The latest updates add another layer of intelligence and safety to the B Series platform.
A key highlight of the update is a new rear object-detection system. Utilizing radar sensors, the system alerts operators to obstacles behind the machine using visual and audible warnings. As the loader approaches an object, a color-coded indicator shifts from green to red, and the audible alarm becomes progressively louder, helping prevent jobsite accidents and improving overall awareness.
To improve fleet management and maintenance, Case CE has integrated a new processing and connectivity module (P&CM) along with a CM1X module. These additions provide accurate GPS data and enable SiteWatch telematics, giving contractors tools to track machine use, service needs, and performance remotely.
Another major benefit is the Remote Service Tool (RSD) capability and over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates, reducing downtime and eliminating the need for in-person dealer visits for certain updates.
All new features apply to the entire B Series lineup, though they're not compatible with older models. With these updates, Case CE strengthens its focus on innovation, safety, and jobsite productivity.
