Turin, Italy - Case Construction Equipment., a brand of CNH and a construction equipment manufacturer, has expanded its compact wheel loader lineup with the introduction of its largest model, the 421G. This new model combines impressive performance with compact size, making it ideal for heavy-duty construction tasks while maintaining maneuverability in tight spaces.
The 421G, weighing 19,775 pounds and powered by a 112-horsepower engine, is designed to handle tough jobs like snow removal, truck loading, moving aggregates, and road maintenance. It offers a breakout force of nearly 16,900 pounds, enabling it to tackle heavy-duty applications while keeping its compact footprint. The machine also has a lifting capacity of 15,806 pounds and a hinge pin height of 145 inches, which improves visibility when using attachments like forks or buckets.
The 421G features a hydrostatic drive system, making it compatible with attachments that larger machines can’t handle. A high-flow hydraulic option supports high-demand attachments, such as stump grinders and cold planers. The standard 416 JRB coupler enables quick attachment changes without needing to leave the cab, enhancing operator efficiency.
The redesigned cab of the 421G offers improved visibility with more glass and 270-degree sightlines to the jobsite and attachments. The operator’s seat is equipped with adjustable armrests and electro-hydraulic controls, allowing for independent adjustment of lift and tilt responsiveness. A customizable color A-post mounted display, a rearview camera, and a USB port with phone holder are also part of the new features, ensuring an enhanced user experience.
Service and maintenance have been simplified with an electric rear hood providing easy access to the engine compartment. Major service points are all accessible from ground level, making routine maintenance more efficient.
