      Citroën India Inaugurated new customer touchpoint

      New Delhi-Citroën India, an automotoive manufacture has inaugurated 15 new showrooms in cities such as Jodhpur, Ranchi, and Delhi. This effort is part of their Network Expansion Program (NEP) launched in March 2024. This expansion increases Citroën's total touch points in India to 145. The company aims to increase Citroën's sales and service points to 200 by the end of the year.

      Mr. Shishir Mishra, Brand Director of Citroën India, said, "Our goal is to ensure that a Citroën touch point is within 100 kms of every customer, providing them with exceptional service and support wherever they are. This ambitious network growth reflects our deep commitment to meeting the diverse needs of the Indian market and reinforces our long-term vision for Citroën in India."

      The L'Atelier Citroën aftersales network currently operates more than 60 service centers. This number is set to increase to 100 by the end of the year, with plans to expand further to 150 centers by 2025. The network is dedicated to offering genuine parts and employing certified technicians, ensuring superior service quality. Citroën's Service on Wheels initiative delivers essential repairs directly to customers' locations in selected areas. This service offers greater convenience for those needing quick assistance without having to visit a service center.

      Citroën has established 25 Stellantis Brand House (SBH) locations across India, this facilities offer a wide range of SUVs under one roof. The recent SBH facility was launched in July 2024 in Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, further expanding Citroën's presence in the region.
