      Citroën Launches New AircrossX, BasaltX and ë-C3X in India

      Citroën India has launched new AircrossX and BasaltX variants along with the ë-C3X EXTENDED. The updated electric model offers a 330km MIDC-certified range, while the new variants add more powertrain and feature choices.

      Chennai, India- Citroën India., has launched new variants of the AircrossX and BasaltX, along with the updated ë-C3X EXTENDED, expanding its vehicle portfolio in India. The new models are available across the Citroën network from September 7, 2026.

      The new AircrossX and BasaltX range introduces additional variants and powertrain choices. The lineup includes the YOU Turbo and MAX Naturally Aspirated variants, giving customers more options in terms of performance, comfort and everyday usability.

      The YOU Turbo variants are designed to offer stronger performance and improved drivability for city and highway journeys. Meanwhile, the MAX Naturally Aspirated variants combine higher-level comfort and convenience features with a naturally aspirated petrol engine.

      Citroën has also introduced a special step-up finance scheme with a maximum loan tenure of seven years. Under the scheme, the first-year EMI starts at Rs. 9,999 for the BasaltX and Rs. 10,555 for the AircrossX.

      Alongside the new petrol variants, Citroën has strengthened its electric vehicle lineup with the ë-C3X EXTENDED. The updated EV now offers a 330km MIDC-certified range, supported by improvements designed to improve efficiency and energy utilisation.

With the introduction of the new AircrossX and BasaltX editions, along with the ë-C3X EXTENDED, we are expanding customer choice across performance, comfort, and electric mobility.”

      The expanded portfolio is aimed at customers looking for different combinations of performance, comfort, family practicality and electric mobility. The new AircrossX, BasaltX and ë-C3X EXTENDED are now available through Citroën dealerships across India.
