OMAHA, Nebraska - CLAAS KGaA mbH., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, is strengthening its North American presence with new dealer locations and major investments at its Omaha headquarters, underscoring its commitment to local service, innovation, and customer support.
Starting in 2026, CLAAS FARMPOINT will open two new full-service dealerships in Atlantic, Iowa, and Mitchell, South Dakota, expanding support for farmers across key agricultural regions. The sites will offer the full CLAAS lineup — including LEXION and TRION combines, JAGUAR forage harvesters, and AXION, ARION, and XERION tractors. A new regional support hub in northwest Minnesota will also improve service response times.
Mr. Patricio Frangella, Head of Commercial Development at CLAAS FARMPOINT, said, “The CLAAS FARMPOINT model is built around service, flexibility and farmer convenience. “We’re excited to show our continued commitment to the Midwest and provide growers with enhanced local expertise and around-the-clock support to keep them running.”
In Omaha, CLAAS has broken ground on a 44,800-square-foot Research and Development Center to lead North American testing and engineering. A Customer Experience Center is also planned for completion in June 2026, enhancing training and dealer engagement.
Mr. Jan-Hendrik Mohr, CEO of CLAAS Group, said, “CLAAS is a partner you can rely on. We are fully committed to the U.S. and will continue to grow, investing across the entire value chain - from our expanded retail, service and supplier network to the North American R&D Center and the just-announced Customer Experience Center on our Omaha campus."
With new dealerships, expanded service hubs, and enhanced R&D facilities, CLAAS is reinforcing its long-term commitment to North American farmers.
