Vancouver, Canada – Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd., an agricultural technology company, has partnered with ClimateDoor Partners to launch Soil and Sky Alliance (SASA), a climate-focused agriculture infrastructure company.
Under the partnership, Clean Seed has entered into a specialty license and distribution agreement with SASA for its Mini-MAX precision seeding platform. SASA will develop and distribute a specialized version called the SASA Certified MAX, designed to measure, monitor and report environmental outcomes from seeding operations.
The platform will support climate-smart agriculture, sustainability reporting, environmental measurement programs and potential future carbon-market participation. SASA will purchase Mini-MAX units from Clean Seed, add its certified components and distribute the machines to customers.
Clean Seed will grant SASA exclusive specialty rights to develop the SASA Certified MAX, while also providing a non-exclusive license to distribute Mini-MAX units in open territories. The machines sold to SASA will be manufactured by Mahindra & Mahindra in India to support international scale-up.
As part of the agreement, Clean Seed will receive a 25 percent common shareholding in SASA. The agreement runs initially through 2030 and includes minimum Mini-MAX purchase commitments to maintain exclusivity.
The first SASA rollout will focus on Brazil, where eight Mini-MAX units will be purchased for deployment in 2026. SASA is also evaluating opportunities in Kenya and India.
Clean Seed said the partnership will support wider commercialization of its Mini-MAX technology while connecting precision agriculture with sustainability infrastructure, environmental finance and regenerative farming initiatives.
