Basildon, England - CNH Industrial., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has announced a leadership transition in Human Resources. Effective May 1, 2025, Mr. Francesco Tutino will become Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and join the Global Leadership Team (GLT), and future based at CNH’s North American headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Francesco Tutino will succeed current CHRO Kelly Manley, who will depart CNH after 20 years of dedicated service, including her tenure with sister company Stellantis.
Mr. Tutino brings extensive experience in leading HR organizations within multinational companies to support strategic business goals. He spent over a decade with CNH and its sister company, Iveco Group, before serving as Group Chief HR & Organization Officer at Prysmian, a global cable solutions provider.
Previously, he was Chief Human Resources and IT Officer at Iveco Group. His career in HR began with Thales Alenia Space, followed by roles of increasing responsibility at DENSO Thermal Systems from 2006 to 2012.
