London, UK CNH Industrial N.V., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has announced key appointments to its Global Leadership Team, with Carlo Materazzo joining as Chief Manufacturing Officer and Britton Worthen as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, effective January 2026.

Materazzo will oversee CNH’s global agriculture industrial operations, spanning five regions and 15 countries. He brings over 20 years of international experience in manufacturing, operations, and logistics.

Worthen joins the company with extensive expertise in legal strategy, compliance, and corporate governance. In his new role, he will advise CNH’s governing bodies on critical legal matters and risks, as well as serve as Board Secretary to the CNH Board of Directors.

Gerrit Marx, Chief Executive Officer of CNH, said: “These appointments reflect CNH’s ongoing commitment to strengthening our leadership team with world-class talent. Carlo and Britton bring a wealth of experience and proven track records in their respective fields, and I am confident they will play pivotal roles in advancing our strategic priorities.”

Marx also expressed gratitude to outgoing executives, acknowledging Roberto Russo for his years of service as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Board Secretary, and Carlos Santiago for his contributions to CNH’s Manufacturing organization, wishing them both well in their future endeavors.

These moves underline CNH’s focus on operational excellence, innovation, and strong governance as the company continues to drive growth and transformation across its global operations.
