London, UK – CNH Industrial N.V., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has announced key appointments to its Global Leadership Team, with Carlo Materazzo joining as Chief Manufacturing Officer and Britton Worthen as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, effective January 2026.
Materazzo will oversee CNH’s global agriculture industrial operations, spanning five regions and 15 countries. He brings over 20 years of international experience in manufacturing, operations, and logistics.
Worthen joins the company with extensive expertise in legal strategy, compliance, and corporate governance. In his new role, he will advise CNH’s governing bodies on critical legal matters and risks, as well as serve as Board Secretary to the CNH Board of Directors.
