PUNE - CNH Industrial N.V., an agricultural and construction equipment manufacturer, has expanded its aftermarket capabilities in India with the inauguration of a new dedicated parts distribution centre near its manufacturing facility in Pune. The state-of-the-art facility is set to enhance service efficiency and ensure faster parts delivery for customers across India’s Southern and Western regions.
The newly launched centre will function as a specialized hub for CNH’s crop solutions portfolio, including Case IH sugarcane harvesters and New Holland combine harvesters and balers. By improving parts availability and turnaround time, the centre aims to strengthen support for CNH’s extensive dealer and customer network, ensuring uninterrupted service during critical harvesting cycles.
Equipped with advanced infrastructure, the Pune facility integrates Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to improve accuracy, traceability, and operational efficiency. With this addition, CNH now operates four parts distribution centres in India, complementing existing facilities in Noida, Indore, and Sikanderabad (U.P.).
Mr. Narinder Mittal, President & Managing Director, CNH India, said, “At CNH, every investment is guided by our commitment to better serve our customers. The Southern and Western regions are key sugarcane belts, where timely parts availability is vital. This new parts distribution centre in Pune positions us closer to our customers and manufacturing operations, enabling faster and more efficient support.”
The facility also reflects CNH’s global sustainability goals, incorporating eco-friendly packaging practices and energy-efficient systems to minimize its environmental footprint. To maintain reliable and timely delivery of parts, CNH has partnered with DHL Supply Chain, a leader in integrated logistics solutions.
