Basildon, United Kingdom - CNH Industrial., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, reported net income of USD 141 million in the second quarter of 2026, compared with USD 217 million in the same period last year. Adjusted net income declined to USD 161 million from USD 216 million in Q2 2025.

Consolidated revenues for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reached USD 4.80 billion, while net sales of industrial activities stood at USD 4.14 billion, with both increasing year-over-year. Net cash provided by operating activities was USD 145 million, while industrial free cash flow reached USD 150 million.

Mr. Gerrit Marx, Chief Executive Officer of CNH, said, “Our second quarter results reflect disciplined execution by the CNH team in a market that remains at the trough of the agriculture cycle. The company continues to focus on quality, sourcing, operational efficiency and dealer network consolidation while investing in equipment and technology capabilities.”

CNH's Agriculture net sales remained flat at USD 3.3 billion, as favourable pricing was offset by lower volumes in South America. Adjusted EBIT declined to USD 170 million from USD 263 million a year earlier, mainly due to lower volumes, unfavourable product mix, tariffs and higher operating expenses.

Agricultural equipment demand remained weak across several regions. North American tractor sales declined 16% for machines below 140 HP and 17% for tractors above 140 HP, while combine sales fell 7%. Tractor demand decreased 11% in EMEA and 8% in South America but increased 15% in Asia Pacific.

The Construction business recorded a 12% increase in net sales to USD 866 million, supported by higher North American volumes and shipments delayed from the first quarter. Global industry demand increased 17% for heavy construction equipment and 6% for light equipment. However, adjusted EBIT declined to USD 15 million from USD 35 million due mainly to tariffs and higher R&D expenses.
