Harbin, China — CNH Industrial N.V., an agricultural machinery manufacturer, hosted a major Field Day event in Harbin, highlighting its latest technologies designed to drive the modernization of Chinese agriculture.
The event featured 14 core products in both static and live demonstrations, including high-horsepower tractors, combine harvesters, and sprayers from Case IH and New Holland. Dynamic field trials showcased the Case IH Magnum 4004, Optum 3304, and Puma 2704 tractors, alongside the New Holland CR8.90 combine harvester, emphasizing their superior performance and intelligent design.
Among the newly launched products, the Case IH Steiger 5304 — China’s largest full powershift tractor — drew significant attention with its 530 hp FPT Cursor 13L engine and advanced articulation design for heavy-duty operations. The Quadtrac 5302, featuring a four-track system for optimal traction and reduced soil compaction, further underlined CNH’s focus on productivity and sustainability.
The Magnum 4004, Optum 3304, and Puma 2704 tractors showcased versatility and efficiency across diverse farming tasks, while New Holland unveiled its CR8.90 combine harvester equipped with IntelliSense automation and Twin Rotor technology for intelligent, high-efficiency harvesting.
A major highlight was the debut of CNH FieldOps China, an IoT-powered digital platform offering smart fleet management, precision farming tools, and proactive service support through BeiDou-based tracking, data analytics, and real-time equipment monitoring.
The event underscored CNH’s continued investment in local R&D, manufacturing, and digital ecosystems to empower China’s agricultural transformation.
