Brussels, Belgium- CRRC Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. (CRRC EV) unveiled two new all-electric buses — the EU12C premium coach and the ED12 double-decker transit bus — at Busworld Europe 2025, showcasing its latest advancements in clean energy transportation and its commitment to building a sustainable future.
Under the theme “Pioneering Green Mobility Solutions for a Sustainable Future,” CRRC EV presented a wide and diverse lineup of vehicles, including micro-circulation minibuses, mobile vending vehicles, premium coaches, and double-decker buses. The display reflected the company’s strong ability to meet various market needs across the global electric mobility landscape.
The EU12C made its world debut as a high-end all-electric coach designed for long-distance, comfortable, and efficient travel. It utilizes an 800V high-voltage platform, delivering 480 kW of peak power and 5,100 N·m of torque, achieving a range of up to 550 km on a single charge. The coach also supports ultra-fast charging, maximizing operating time and flexibility for fleet operators.
The ED12, a fully electric double-decker bus, features a lightweight body made from 6000-series aluminum alloy, a material commonly used in high-speed trains. Designed for dense urban routes, it carries up to 126 passengers and offers an impressive range of up to 560 km per charge. Its 10-layer battery safety architecture ensures high reliability and robust protection under all conditions.
