Eindhoven, Netherlands- DAF Truck N.V., a commercial vehicle manufacturer, announced that Mr. Jeroen Van den Oetelaar will be appointed as Chief Engineer DAF Vehicles and member of the DAF Board of Management, effective from June 1st, 2024.

Van den Oetelaar, joined DAF in 2011, progressing roles in Program Management, Product Development, and Operations. His latest role was Assistant Chief Engineer in Vehicle Engineering. He holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Eindhoven University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from TIAS Tilburg University. He'll now report to Mr. Harald Seidel, President of DAF Trucks.

Mr. Jeroen van den Oetelaar said, “The transportation industry is entering a new era and DAF Trucks will continue to provide the most suitable transport solutions. With our team of engineers at DAF and in partnership with our colleagues at PACCAR in the United States, we are committed to develop and deliver quality products to drive our customers’ success.”
