Las Vegas, USA – Develon., a brand of HD Hyundai Infracore Co., Ltd and a heavy equipment manufacturer, unveiled its new -9 Series crawler excavators at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, introducing advanced technologies aimed at improving productivity, safety and fuel efficiency.
The company showcased four models — DX230LC-9, DX260LC-9, DX360LC-9 and DX400LC-9 — which will gradually replace the existing -7 Series excavators in North America. The machines are expected to be available through dealerships starting in 2026.
The excavators feature a full electric-over-hydraulic control system, improving operational precision and delivering up to 8% better fuel efficiency. Key productivity features include advanced lift assist, auto breaker, a built-in weighing system, and stick steer for easier maneuverability.
Safety is enhanced with a smart around view monitor system using cameras, radar sensors and AI-based human detection to provide a 360-degree view. Additional features such as Active E-Stop and Virtual Walls help reduce jobsite risks.
The machines also include a 12-inch touchscreen display, Smart Control 2D and Machine Guidance 2D, and prognostics and health management technology to monitor key components and reduce downtime. A Bluetooth digital key, accessible through the MY DEVELON fleet management app, allows operators to unlock and start the machine remotely.
The new -9 Series excavators are designed to enhance operator comfort, improve safety and support more efficient construction operations.
