South Dakota, USA - Diamond Mowers., a heavy-duty attachments manufacturer, has unveiled its new DM360 and DM360X municipal maintenance machines, marking the company’s expansion beyond traditional attachments. Designed for municipalities and contractors, these multifunctional implement carriers resemble wheeled excavators with boom mower attachments and aim to provide a safer, more versatile, year-round solution for tasks such as roadside mowing, snow removal, and sweeping.

Diamond Mowers engineered the boom system, attachments, operator interface, hydraulic integration, and safety features, while the underlying carrier comes from a third-party manufacturer. According to the company, the DM360 series is a fully integrated solution optimized for mowing and other municipal applications.

The DM360X delivers a maximum flow rate of 41 gallons per minute, and both models are offered with 25- or 30-foot boom lengths and up to two hydraulic lines. Compatible attachments include the Boom Rotary Mower, Boom Flail Mower, Boom Drum Mulcher DC Pro X, Boom Disc Mulcher, Boom Saw Head, Boom Ditcher, and universal or tilt rotators.

Operator visibility and control are enhanced by a rotating cab, 360-degree sightlines, and excavator-style joystick controls. Additional features like joystick steering, all-wheel steer, and left-hand mowing capability improve efficiency and safety along roadways. With 42 inches of cable rail clearance, the DM360 series can reach over standard 31-inch guard rails for effective ditch and waterway management.

Mr. Wayne Baumberger, CEO of Diamond Mowers, said, “This represents a major leap forward in how municipalities can approach roadside mowing. The DM360 addresses real-world challenges in visibility, safety, uptime, and versatility, setting a new benchmark for dedicated carriers.”
