Don-Bur has delivered six custom box vans to Bond International, featuring reinforced walls and vibrant livery, continuing their successful partnership.

Stoke-on-Trent ST3 5BW, United Kingdom- Don-Bur (Bodies & Trailers) Ltd., a commercial vehicle bodywork, announces the completion of six new full-print livery box van trailers for Bond International, a tyre wholesaler, a loyal customer since 2004. These customized trailers, designed for carrying tires, feature reinforced internal walls to prevent bowing under heavy load
The trailers feature a step-frame chassis for easy loading and unloading, along with aerodynamic side skirts that enhance fuel efficiency and add a sleek, professional look. Equipped with a tandem axle setup on 235/75 R17.5 twin tires, these trailers achieve a low rear floor height of just 900mm, facilitating easier access.
A standout feature of this project is the vibrant livery produced by Don-Bur’s in-house graphics division, Sapphire Graphics. Using the new EFI UV printer, the livery offers superior color fastness and durability, with an automatic protective clearcoat film ensuring long-lasting quality.
