Mannheim, Germany - Doosan Construction Equipment (Develon)., a brand of HD Hyundai Infracore, has launched the Transparent Bucket 2.0 (TB2.0) system, an advanced safety and visibility solution for its wheel loaders. TB2.0 is designed to eliminate blind spots, enhancing operator safety and boosting overall jobsite efficiency.

Develon’s Transparent Bucket 2.0 (TB2.0) system is an advanced safety feature for wheel loaders, using dual cameras and AI-powered object detection to eliminate front blind spots. It provides real-time visuals on the in-cab monitor, dynamically adjusting with bucket movement. The system also includes color-coded alerts, red and yellow borders, warning operators of nearby obstacles, significantly improving jobsite safety and efficiency.

Traditional wheel loaders often create significant blind spots in front of the machine when the bucket is raised, increasing the risk of accidents and limiting operational precision. Develon’s Transparent Bucket system tackles this challenge with innovative technology that dramatically improves front visibility.

Using front-mounted cameras and smart imaging, the system creates a real-time “see-through” effect displayed on the cab monitor. This gives operators a clear, unobstructed view of the area in front of the bucket, enhancing jobsite safety and enabling more accurate material handling, whether it's aggregates, sand, soil, or other bulk materials. The result is a safer, more efficient operation with better control and confidence in every movement.

Building on the success of its previous version, Transparent Bucket 2.0 (TB2.0) introduces AI-powered Object Detection and Recognition for even greater safety. The system detects objects, including people, within a 10-meter range and instantly alerts the operator with a red triangular warning on the monitor. With advanced Object Recognition, TB2.0 learns the bucket’s position and dynamically adjusts the visual display to match its movements, delivering precise, real-time visibility at all times.
