India- Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., has launched the updated Hypermotard V2 and Hypermotard V2 SP motorcycles in India. The 2026 models feature a new 890cc V-twin engine, a redesigned frame, reduced weight and updated suspension and braking components.

Both motorcycles are powered by a liquid-cooled, 890cc V-twin engine producing 120.4 bhp and 94 Nm of torque. The engine features variable intake valve timing (IVT), designed to deliver smoother power response across the rev range.

The standard Hypermotard V2 features a fully adjustable 46mm Kayaba upside-down front fork and an adjustable Kayaba rear monoshock. The V2 SP receives premium Öhlins NIX30 48mm front forks and an Öhlins STX46 rear monoshock. The redesigned frame also reduces weight by 13kg on the standard model and 14kg on the SP variant.

The two versions have different wheel and braking setups. The standard V2 gets 17-inch cast alloy wheels, Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres and Brembo M4.32 brake calipers. The V2 SP features forged 17-inch aluminium wheels, Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV Corsa tyres and Brembo M50 brake calipers.

Both motorcycles come with a 5-inch TFT display and a six-axis IMU-based electronics package. Rider assistance features include traction control, wheelie control, engine brake control and a quickshifter, supporting both everyday riding and sporty performance.
