Goa- Ducati India Pvt Ltd., has inaugurated its first-ever service-only workshop in India, located in Mapusa, North Goa. This new facility underscores the Italian motorcycle brand’s commitment to strengthening its after-sales service network in the country.

Spread across 1,200 sq. ft., the Goa workshop is exclusively focused on servicing Ducati motorcycles and features two automated service bays along with a dedicated customer lounge. The facility offers routine servicing, spare parts, accidental repairs, and fitment of genuine Ducati accessories—ensuring a premium and seamless experience for Ducatisti.

Mr. Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India, said, “The launch of our first service-only facility in Goa marks a major step in enhancing Ducati’s after-sales ecosystem in India. Goa’s scenic roads and vibrant riding culture resonate deeply with the Ducati spirit. This facility will not only provide best-in-class support to local owners but also serve as a critical pit stop for long-distance riders along the west coast.”

The service center is operated in partnership with Legacy Motors. Mr. Pranav Bakre, Dealer Partner at Legacy Motors, said, “After consistently ranking as the best Ducati dealer in India through our Pune operations, we are excited to bring the same level of dedication and service excellence to Goa. This marks the beginning of a long-term vision to build a strong Ducati presence in the region.”

In addition to enhancing service access, Ducati also announced plans to launch an official Ducati Owners Club (DOC) in Goa soon, further cultivating a vibrant local community of enthusiasts.

This new facility signals Ducati’s ongoing focus on delivering premium ownership experiences and building a robust support network for riders across India.
