Bologna, Italy- Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., and Lamborghini have revealed the Panigale V4 Lamborghini, a new limited-edition superbike created through the latest collaboration between the two Italian performance brands. The motorcycle was unveiled in Milan at an event titled “The Art of Unexpected”, held during Milan Design Week a fitting stage for a project built around design, exclusivity, and cutting-edge engineering.

This marks the third chapter in the Ducati–Lamborghini partnership, following the Diavel 1260 Lamborghini (2021) and the Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini (2023). Both companies share the same Motor Valley roots in Italy’s Emilia region and a similar obsession with high performance, advanced technology, and unmistakable style values that Ducati says are central to the new project.

This edition are the flagship models from each brand: Ducati’s Panigale V4 S and Lamborghini’s Revuelto. Ducati’s superbike platform brings race-derived engineering through its Desmosedici Stradale engine and an advanced chassis and electronics package, while the Revuelto represents Lamborghini’s newest performance benchmark with a V12-based hybrid powertrain and an extreme focus on lightweight materials and aerodynamics.

Mr. Claudio Domenicali Ducati CEO, said  the team drew direct inspiration from the Revuelto to create a pairing between the most exclusive models in each lineup, aiming to deliver a collector-grade motorcycle that also offers a thrilling road experience. Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann added that the project blends both brands’ design languages, with Ducati translating the Revuelto’s aggressive spirit and distinctive styling cues into a two-wheeled form.

The Panigale V4 Lamborghini is based on the latest Panigale V4 S and features a design developed jointly by Ducati Centro Stile and Lamborghini’s design team. Production is limited to 630 numbered units, each finished with a bespoke livery and special components inspired by the Revuelto. The bike wears a carbon-fiber base with visible weave, accented by Verde Scandal, Grigio Telesto, and Grigio Acheso, with a seat design influenced by the Revuelto’s interior.

Several exterior elements have been reworked to echo Lamborghini styling, including forged aluminum wheels designed specifically for this model, plus revised tail and aerodynamic wing elements shaped around the supercar’s design language. Ducati has also used carbon fiber extensively for bodywork and components such as heat shields, guards, and mudguards—using a weave pattern consistent with Lamborghini’s high-end builds, including a precision “herringbone” effect along the bike’s centerline.

Weight reduction is part of the package too. With carbon components and an Akrapovič titanium silencer, Ducati says the bike drops to about 408 lb, making it lighter than the standard Panigale V4 S and positioned as the lightest variant in the family. Hardware upgrades include a dry clutch, adjustable controls, and billet-aluminum details. Track-focused extras are provided for owners who want circuit use, including items such as a racing tank cap, airflow ducts for braking components, an open clutch cover, and a kit to remove the license plate holder.

Each unit also carries exclusive identity touches: a dedicated engine designation, a machined billet-aluminum triple clamp, a special dashboard startup animation displaying the model and production number, and a matching numbered key. Ducati will supply a certificate of authenticity, a special cover in a personalized box, and delivery packaging that includes a custom wooden crate and a matching rear stand.

Alongside the standard limited run, Ducati is also producing an even rarer version: Panigale V4 Lamborghini Speciale Clienti, reserved for 63 Lamborghini customers. These buyers can work directly with Ducati’s design team to match their motorcycle to their Lamborghini’s color scheme (or choose from curated combinations), creating a coordinated “two-and-four wheel” garage. Speciale Clienti owners can also personalize engravings and additional components to make each bike effectively one-of-one within the series.

To complete the experience, Ducati is offering a coordinated range of limited-edition riding gear, jacket, and leather suit styled to match the motorcycle’s livery, with additional customization options for Speciale Clienti buyers.
