Pune- EKA Mobility, a subsidiary of Pinnacle Industries Limited., a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Bohra as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In his new role, Mr. Bohra will spearhead the financial and commercial strategy for EKA Mobility and its group companies, focusing on three core pillars: business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
This strategic appointment comes at a critical inflection point as EKA expands its portfolio of electric commercial vehicles and deepens its international footprint. Backed by global powerhouses Mitsui & Co. (Japan) and VDL Groep (Netherlands), EKA is poised for accelerated growth, and Bohra’s leadership is expected to further strengthen the company’s momentum.
With over 37 years of experience in finance, international banking, and business process services (BPS), Sanjay Bohra brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy, global operations, and business transformation. He previously served for more than a decade as Group CFO at Force Motors, where he managed both domestic and international financial operations. His career also includes key leadership roles at Citigroup, overseeing global banking functions including cross-border fund transfers and trade finance, and at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he led the Commercial Banking Operations BPO division.
A commerce graduate and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA), Bohra began his career at the Aditya Birla Group’s Central Finance Cell and has since built a distinguished track record in strategic leadership and operational transformation.
