Noida - ELECRAMA 2025 is the 16th edition of the world's largest electrical and allied electronics show, organized by the Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (IEEMA). Scheduled to take place from February 21 to 25, 2025, at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the event aims to showcase the latest innovations in power generation, transmission, distribution, and e-mobility.

Delta Electronics, Inc of Bengaluru, an electronics manufacturing company, launched the D-Bot cobots and a 240kW DC fast EV charger in India, advancing automation and e-mobility for sustainable cities.

D-Bot Series Collaborative Robots (Cobots) offer 6-axis flexibility, payloads from 6 kg to 30 kg, and speeds up to 200° per second, ensuring precision and efficiency in smart factory automation. Equipped with advanced safety features, they detect contact and reverse movement instantly to enable safe human-robot collaboration. Ideal for packaging, pick & place, assembly, welding, and machine tending, D-Bots integrate seamlessly with Delta’s VTScada SCADA, DIATwin digital twin, and machine vision systems, enhancing productivity, reliability, and efficiency across industries.

240kW DC Fast EV Charger is a high-speed, dual-vehicle charging solution developed locally by Delta India’s R&D team. Designed for commercial fleets and public charging networks, it offers 95% efficiency, OCPP compatibility, and wired/4G GSM connectivity for seamless operation. With advanced technology, it ensures fast, reliable EV charging, making it ideal for large-scale deployments in India’s growing e-mobility sector.

Industrial Power-Protect Transformer-based UPS (IPT Series) delivers superior power reliability with a Zig-zag transformer, advanced PFC converter, and exceptional short-circuit protection. Designed for harsh industrial environments, it features an optional IP43 enclosure for added durability while optimizing frontend investment. This UPS ensures robust performance, making it ideal for industries requiring high-efficiency power backup.

APAR Industries Ltd of Vadodara, an electrical and metallurgical products manufacturer, showcased advanced HTLS, ACCC® AZR™, SUPER-ZAD, TP, OPGW, OPPC, and CTC conductors, designed for high efficiency.

EV Charging Cables are designed for AC and DC charging, offering high-power capacity with high-purity copper conductors for superior conductivity. Featuring heat, flame, and weather-resistant insulation, they ensure durability, flexibility, and compliance with international safety standards, making them ideal for public charging stations, home chargers, and fleet applications.

Cable innovations cater to harsh environments, renewable energy, and railway signaling. Key solutions include PT-45 (Pressure Tight) Cables for high-pressure resistance, Aluminium Flexible E-Beam Cables for durability, and Submarine Underwater Cables for offshore power.

HTLS (High-Temperature Low-Sag) Conductor is designed for superior performance in high-voltage transmission, operating at temperatures up to 250°C with composite or special alloy cores to minimize sag. It offers higher ampacity, enhanced mechanical strength, and lower transmission losses, making it ideal for upgrading power grids without tower modifications.

ACCC AZR Conductor features a hybrid carbon and glass fiber composite core, enabling higher ampacity, minimal sag, and 30-40% lower line losses for improved efficiency. Designed for high-voltage transmission and grid upgrades, it operates at up to 200°C continuously and 240°C in emergencies, offering high tensile strength for longer spans while enhancing overall power transmission performance.

TP, OPGW, OPPC, and CTC Conductors offer advanced solutions for efficient power transmission. TP Conductors enhance current distribution and reduce corona loss, while OPGW and OPPC integrate optical fibers for real-time data communication. CTC Conductors minimize eddy current losses, improving efficiency in transformers and reactors.

Schaltbau India Pvt. Ltd of New Delhi, a provider of DC power solutions, debuts the C303 contactor series, enhancing DC applications in e-mobility and energy with ultra-low resistance, superior thermal management, and high reliability.

Schaltbau expands its Eddicy brand in India’s energy and e-mobility markets with the launch of the C303 contactor series. The Schaltbau C303 series are compact, bidirectional DC contactors designed for high-performance applications like EV charging, battery storage, and DC microgrids. They support up to 1,500 V DC and 350 A continuous current, withstanding inrush currents up to 2,000 A and short-term peaks of 4,000 A. Featuring low contact resistance (~100 µΩ) for minimal power loss, they include NC auxiliary contacts with a mirror function for enhanced safety. Built for full bidirectionality, they ensure reliable disconnection in high-power circuits up to 1.5 MW. Their compact design allows easy integration into space-constrained applications.

This range includes switches, sockets, and MCBs, featuring smart integration, high-grade contacts, and fire-resistant materials for superior safety, performance, and aesthetics. With a sleek, customizable design and compliance with international safety standards, LIORA sets new benchmarks in the modular switch industry.

VNT India of Haryana, an energy management company, showcased the EMS for energy optimization, high-efficiency telecom SMPS, solar monitoring solutions, and rugged EV chargers for e-mobility.

Energy Monitoring Solutions (EMS) provide real-time data acquisition, detailed consumption analysis, and predictive insights for smarter energy management. Featuring high-accuracy metering (±0.5% precision), multi-protocol communication (Modbus, MQTT, BACnet), and cloud-based analytics, EMS enables optimization of power usage, load balancing, and cost savings across industries.

Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) solutions incorporate 98% high-efficiency rectifiers, ensuring minimum power loss, ultra-low THD (<5%), and intelligent load sharing. Designed for -48V DC telecom systems, they support hot-swappable modules, intelligent battery management, and remote monitoring, delivering unmatched reliability and energy efficiency.

Solar String Monitoring Solutions ensure optimal performance of renewable energy systems through real-time DC voltage, current, and power tracking. Featuring high-precision measurement (±0.2%), rapid fault detection, arc-fault monitoring, and IoT-enabled diagnostics, they enhance uptime and efficiency for utility-scale and rooftop solar installations. With IP65-rated enclosures and wide-temperature operation (-40°C to 85°C), they offer superior durability.

Rugged EV Chargers deliver fast, reliable charging for electric vehicles (EVs) in urban and industrial environments. Engineered with DC fast-charging (up to 350 kW), dynamic load balancing, and OCPP 2.0 compatibility, they ensure seamless integration with smart grids and renewable energy sources. Featuring IP67 enclosures, surge protection, and temperature-controlled cooling, they are designed for long-term durability in extreme conditions.

Schneider Electric of Gurgaon, an automation company, showcased advanced energy solutions, including GM AirSeT & GM Set switchgear, Acti9 Active Safety, TeSYS motor systems, Digital Switchboards, and an EV ecosystem, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and India's energy transition.

GM AirSeT is an SF6-free medium-voltage switchgear using clean air insulation and vacuum interruption for eco-friendly, high-performance operation. Rated up to 24 kV and 1250 A, it features digital monitoring, modular design, and enhanced sustainability, making it ideal for utilities, industries, and data centers.

GM Set includes GIS solutions like the GMA series (up to 24 kV) for substations and GHA series (up to 40.5 kV) for industrial use, ensuring safety and low maintenance. The GoPact MTS 100 supports 63 A at 415 V AC with a 4-pole design and 20,000-cycle durability, providing reliable and efficient power distribution.

Acti9 Active Safety is an IoT-enabled circuit protection solution offering real-time fault detection, overload, short-circuit, and residual current protection. Rated up to 63A and 415V AC, it ensures enhanced safety, remote monitoring, and compliance with IEC standards, making it ideal for commercial and industrial applications.

TeSys motor systems provide reliable motor control and protection with electromechanical and electronic starters. Rated up to 690V AC and 630A, they offer overload, short-circuit, and phase failure protection, along with IoT-enabled communication for industrial automation and critical motor applications.

Digital Switchboards offer smart power distribution with IoT-enabled monitoring, real-time analytics, and advanced protection. Rated up to 690V AC and 6300A, they ensure efficient energy management for industrial, commercial, and data center applications.

EV ecosystem provides smart, scalable charging solutions from 7.4kW to 350kW, with IoT-enabled energy management, dynamic load balancing, and integrated power distribution. Designed for homes, businesses, and public networks, it ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance with global standards.
