Elgi Launches EG PM Compressors

Coimbatore- Elgi Equipments Limited., an air compressor manufacturer has announced an upgrade to the EG Series range now includes the EG PM (Permanent Magnet) oil-lubricated screw air compressors, available in 11-45 kW models. These advanced compressors offer up to 15% improved efficiency and a 16% increase in free air delivery (FAD). Designed for superior performance and energy efficiency, the EG PM series provides exceptional life cycle value and performs effectively across various load capacities, even at 100% load.

The EG PM Series features intelligent energy-saving technologies, including a high-efficiency IE5+ permanent magnet synchronous motor with efficiencies of 96.5% to 97.6%, surpassing IE5 plus standards. Its directly coupled system ensures optimal performance, especially in variable speed applications. An intelligent thermal valve with an ambient temperature sensor maintains ideal oil temperatures, enhancing efficiency. The Neuron 4 controller, with a 7-inch touchscreen and smart algorithms, optimizes energy use, improves operational efficiency, ensures safe operations, and supports proactive maintenance.
