Endurance Technologies appoints Mr. Rajendra Abhange as COO

Pune- Endurance Technologies Limited., an auto component manufacturer, the announced the appointment of Mr. Rajendra Abhange as Chief Operating Officer- Designate. 

Abhange is set to join the Company during the initial week of April 2024, assuming the role of Director and Chief Operating Officer following the departure of Ramesh Gehaney, the current Whole Time Director and Chief Operating Officer. Gehaney's tenure concludes on June 5, 2024, in accordance with the terms outlined in an NSE notification.

With an extensive background spanning over 38 years in the automotive industry, Abhange has held leadership positions in various large corporations. He commenced his career with Roberto Bosch India in 1984 and subsequently served as Senior Director and Chief Technology Officer at Gabriel India until 2021. Additionally, he held the position of President and CEO at Auto Ignition Limited.

Endurance operates across India and Europe, particularly in Italy and Germany, offering a diverse range of technology-intensive products. In the Indian market, the company primarily serves two- and three-wheeler OEMs, manufacturing aluminum castings, suspensions, transmissions, braking systems, and battery management systems. In Europe, Endurance supplies aluminum castings to four-wheeler OEMs and also serves the aftermarket for two-wheeler components.
