Engcon Enhanced S70 Coupler for 20-30 Ton Excavators

Strömsund, Sweden- Engcon AB., a manufacturer of tiltrotators and excavator accessories, is enhancing its products with a focus on customer experience. The company is launching an improved S70 machine coupler for 20-30 ton excavators.

A year after launching the S60 coupler for 12-19 ton excavators, engcon now introduces the stronger S70 for 20-30 ton machines. Like the S60, it offers easier retrofitting with EC-Oil blocks, eliminating hoses and reducing leak risk. The S70 also features increased hydraulic flow, ideal for tools like hydraulic hammers that require higher oil volumes.

The next step in product development in terms of attachments is the launch of the S40 for the 3-6 ton size class and the S45 for 6-11 ton as well as the S80 for the 27-40 ton size class. These models will be launched in the first half of 2025.

The improved S70 machine coupler offers several advantages: an EC-Oil block without hoses for longer life and easier maintenance, reduced leakage risk for lower environmental impact and fewer machine stops, reinforced construction for better durability, enhanced stability around attachment points for a smoother driving experience, and more flexible hose routing between the excavator and attachment.
