Faridabad - Escorts Kubota., a construction equipment manufacturer, has launched its latest construction equipment, the BLX 75 backhoe loader. Introduced under its E-Kubota brand, the BLX 75 is built to enhance productivity and efficiency in earthmoving operations. For now, this new machine is available exclusively in India, with no immediate plans for international expansion. The company is currently prioritizing the strengthening of its domestic lineup under the E-Kubota umbrella.
The launch of the BLX 75 reflects Escorts Kubota’s continued focus on innovation and performance in the construction equipment sector. In addition to backhoe loaders, the company manufactures a wide range of machinery, including cranes and compactors, serving diverse infrastructure development needs.
Founded in 1944 as Escorts, the company was rebranded as Escorts Kubota in June 2022 following an increased equity stake by Japan’s Kubota Corporation. The strategic partnership has bolstered the company’s capabilities across its core business segments: agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and railway systems.
In agriculture, Escorts Kubota offers a robust portfolio of tractors under three well-known brands - Farmtrac, Powertrac, and Steeltrac, designed to meet varying requirements of Indian farmers. Meanwhile, its railway division supplies critical components such as braking systems and couplers to Indian Railways, playing a vital role in supporting the nation’s transportation infrastructure.
Escorts Kubota’s manufacturing operations are centered in Faridabad, with an additional production facility located in Mrągowo, Poland, expanding its reach in the European market.
With the introduction of the BLX 75, Escorts Kubota reinforces its commitment to delivering high-performance, India-focused construction equipment while continuing to diversify its product offerings across strategic sectors.
