Noida- Euler Motors Private Limited., an electric commercial vehicle manufacturer, inaugurated a new manufacturing and research facility in Palwal, Haryana, with a Rs 100 crore investment. facility 500,000 square feet, it has the capacity to produce 36,000 vehicles annually and will serve as our national manufacturing hub. The company aims to expand operations from 26 to 40 cities by FY 2024-25.
Mr. Gaurav Kumar, head of supply chain and manufacturing at Euler Motors, said, “Our new factory represents a major leap forward in the production of commercial three-wheeler EVs. It will enhance our production capabilities and allow us to provide locally manufactured vehicles that meet the evolving needs of both our customers and the industry.”
The plant boasts an automated assembly line controlled by a proprietary Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which improves production efficiency by tracking vehicles from assembly through to delivery. Additionally, a dedicated Learning and Development Center on-site focuses on equipping our workforce with crucial skills, thereby generating job opportunities within the region.
Our facility currently employs over 500 people, with women representing 20 percent of our workforce. Mr. Saurav Kumar, Founder and CEO of Euler Motors, emphasized the critical role of local production and innovation in revolutionizing India’s mobility sector. He highlighted that Palwal’s robust supplier network makes it an ideal location for our growth. As we expand into new markets with a goal of 15 percent growth in FY25, this facility will enable us to meet rising customer demand and adapt swiftly to evolving processes and products.
